Great, great speech!!!  Great man, with great passion!!! I believe John Ikerd knows and communicates more about sustainability economics than any other person living today. He understands and communicates what is necessary to live a meaningful life. He understands and communicates the social cooperation and ecology necessities in order for us to improve life's quality. Should be common sense but is not in today's world! Inspiring! Worth watching!   Monte & Eileen Hines
