This is Geoff Lawton explaining the role of Permaculture's Three Ethics during a PDC in Australia in 2006. You will notice that there is no mention of "fair share" instead surplus is to be returned to the system or invested. This places the decision of how to manage surplus with each individual not subject to a third parties assessment of what is "fair".
